A Great Shift

The energy around us, and inside us, is always shifting. As we move through our days, we create, exchange, and absorb energy, often without even realising it. This is why learning to cleanse your energy and manage your inner landscape is such an essential part of my work, whether in workshops or Reiki training.
Our spaces hold energy too. A healing room, a living room, a man cave, even a bathroom -each one gathers the frequency of what happens inside it.
Every time a client comes into my clinic, I call in their ancestors, their helpers in spirit, and their soul self.
I do the same for myself. I then ask for support from all those beautiful, benevolent energies, painting the walls, floor, ceiling, and space with healing light.
My clinic has been a sanctuary because of the rituals, prayers, meditations, and intentions poured into it. Together, we’ve raised its frequency into something that feels like a healing temple. That energy has flowed through the whole house, especially during workshops, creating a beautiful portal of peace, kindness, and transformation.
And now, that chapter is gently closing.
Don’t worry – I will still be there for you. I’m simply moving house, and with it, moving the clinic, closing the old space, and opening a new one. And with that come new possibilities.
Yes… I bought a house! I can’t wait to welcome you into a brand-new healing space that we’ll build together with fresh intention and light.
For some of you, it will be a little further; for others, a little closer. We may need to adjust session times, but I’m confident you’ll love the new energy. And great news: you can now drive straight down the driveway and park right in front of the clinic - no more steps or tricky turns.
The new address for all our sessions will be 37 Leo Street, in Glen Eden.
