New website

My new website is going live on the 26^th September!!!

Stillpalmstudio has created a completely new website – including new photos. It’s looking gorgeous and should make it easier to book.

New platform

There’s a new platform that is promoting healers and spiritual practitioners. This means it’s easier for people to find good clairvoyants, healers, and bodyworkers, and it’s easier for us to be found, too. 

The new platform will launch on 20^th September, and the first people to book on it will have an opportunity to win back the cost of their treatment.

New modality

I am now offering Indian Head Massage!

This includes Head, Neck, Shoulders (30 mins), and Head, Neck, Shoulders and Face (45 mins) and it is scrumptious!!

I trained in this modality over 20 years ago in the UK and have been practising recently. My guinae pigs loved it.

New clinic

From 24^th September I will be working at Alpers Dental in Epsom on fortnightly Wednesdays.

Until the end of October I am running a special with Morgane, the beautiful healer who gives facials that have you melt with her own, natural, homemade, stunning products: book a 30 minute facial (normally $65) and 30 minute head neck and shoulder massage (normally $60) for only $99 in total!

Workshops and Opportunities

Soul Painting – 4^th Oct, 4-6pm

Our souls communicate with us in lots of different ways. Trouble is, we are often unsure about what it is saying.

In this workshop you will be guided into a meditative state in a space that has been set up specifically for this process. Once you feel ready, you can express what you are feeling directly onto canvas or paper with different art materials.

The result will be a portal painting: a painting that will get you in touch with your Soul whenever you look at it.

Supporting people with trauma – 12^th October

Releasing trauma can be incredibly tricky, and working with traumatised clients can be really tricky, too.

In this workshop, you will:

·       Learn how trauma manifests in the body;

·       What people with trauma need to feel safe;

·       Learn more about the Polyvagal system;

·       Learn easy to apply and practical tools to release trauma from the body;

·       Learn to down-regulate your own nervous system fast. 

This workshop also gives you access to our new Academy of Embodied Trauma – a new, on-line platform where counsellors, health professionals and individuals get together to support each other and others with an embodied release of trauma.

Sound bath and Healing

The unparalleled Jaz Green from Overtones, together with her mother Robyn Green from Shine, and myself, will be running a Sound Bath combined with personal healing/Reiki.

While one of us is using sound to heal you, the others will be coming around to give you healing directly. The result is a magnified healing moment, stirring you to release anything that is no longer aligned with who you really are.

If you’ve not been to any of Jaz’ Sound Baths before, you really want to take this opportunity. She is crazy talented and her voice is out of this world.

Learning to heal your stress rather than just manage it can be a powerful turning point if you feel stuck in the same repeating cycles. In this workshop, you’ll explore a self-healing framework that includes insightful journaling for more clarity and deeper inquiry, EFT and mindfulness for processing emotions, and calming breathwork for self-regulation.

You’ll also be guided through somatic techniques to reconnect with your body and begin releasing the stored stress that fuels difficult situations and ongoing stress patterns. This workshop includes a workbook with all the techniques.

Nexus Dance School - Open day

Nexus is a dance school that links partner dancing with therapy and safe space. Their unique product is Bachata Connection.

Join them on 25^th September for their open day at the Ponsonby School of Dance, 5 Lincoln Street. Starting at 7pm with a class (only $5 cash!), you can stay for social dancing until 11pm.
