This year is bringing bold change and fast transformation. The time to reflect has passed and we are moving ahead, burning away anything old that no longer holds true. This is a time of great clearing that is very necessary. But it can feel overwhelming and scary if you're not prepared.
How can you support yourself through this change?
Raise your vibration
Let go of what is no longer serving you
Deepen your understanding of yourself and what it means to be human
Throughout the coming months, I am running a series of group sessions designed to support you by raising your vibration and releasing the old. Below is an overview, with links to full details and bookings.

Fire Horse Series: Higher Heart Activation
Sunday, 9 August | 1:00 - 5:30pm | Auckland
The Inner Fire Horse series was created to help you harness the qualities of boldness, courage, transformation, and wild instinct.
We have been conditioned to suppress our wild instinct, to do what is expected and look outside ourselves for approval. But as old ways of being begin to fall away, we are being called to live more authentically, back ourselves more fully, change things up and speak our truth with love. These are the qualities that can help us move through this time of change.
One of the ways we can support ourselves through this transition and experience more love in our lives is through a change in energy: activating the higher heart chakra, which is attuned to unconditional love.
Activating this chakra can help you release old pain around love, open your heart and raise your frequency, allowing more love to flow into your life and out into the world.
Whether you want to do this for yourself or for others, this is a powerful workshop that can transform the way you experience and express love.

Learn to massage - back, neck, shoulders
Sunday, 4 Oct | 1:00-5:00 pm | 37 Leo Street, Glen Eden
This is an exploration of intuitive, holistic massage, and suitable to absolute beginners as well as people who have learned to give massage already. The first part of this workshop is theory - muscle groups, how massage affects muscles, and what to avoid doing. The second part is a demonstration of what techniques you can use. The third is an opportunity to give and receive massage, while encouraged to trust your intuition and feel into the connection with the other.

Recovering from Stress and Trauma
covering from Stress, Trauma and Burnout
Gentle, body-based conversations that help you understand your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and discover a greater sense of ease.
First session: Tuesday, 25 Aug | 7:00-9:00 pm | 37 Leo Street, Glen Eden
When life has been stressful for a long time, it's easy to lose touch with the quiet signals of the body.
We become absorbed in our thoughts, focused on meeting demands, solving problems, and simply getting through each day. Over time, we may notice ourselves feeling exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or disconnected from ourselves. Yet because this can happen so gradually, many people don't realise how much their nervous system has been carrying.
The remarkable thing is that the body has never been working against us.
Every sensation, every stress response, every feeling has been an intelligent attempt to help us cope with the experiences of our lives. Rather than seeing the body as something to control or fix, we can begin to understand it as an ally—one that has been communicating with us all along.
This six-part series is an invitation to gently return to yourself.
Together, we'll explore how the body responds to stress, how the nervous system shapes our experience of the world, and how greater awareness can open the door to more ease, resilience, and choice. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force. We simply begin by becoming curious about what is already here.
Please note:
This is a series of group sessions that has been thoughtfully designed to take you to a place of great understanding and deep peace. However, each session is a conversation worth having - so if you're interested and want to choose specific sessions that seem of most interest to you, this is still worth doing.
If you're unsure which sessions would be most beneficial to you, please feel free to e-mail me (carolinepanesar@xtra.co.nz) and we can set up a time to chat.
