Reiki 1 Initiation

Service Description

Once you've completed the theory and practical preparation, you are ready to be initiated into Reiki 1. This is a very sacred moment in time, and it will affect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual energies profoundly. It needs preparation. You will be sent an overview of preparation for this big shift. An important part of this is the 7 day detox: please refrain from having meat, caffeine, sugar and alcohol and increase your intake of water for at least 7 days before the initiation. Stay away from any toxic situations and distractions, and turn your attention inward.
