Service Description
Learning to manage your energy is a vital part of our well-being. There are many different aspects to managing your energy. This workshop gives you a basic understanding of your energy field, and chakras, as well as theory and practical tools to understand and manage your energy in daily life. This workshop is open to all and compulsory for Reiki level 1 training.
