We know now that everything is made up of energy. You've now probably done Energy 101, and you're curious how this translates to the energy between people. How do you maintain your energy? How does it get affected by other's energy, and why? Join us and explore how to connect with others energetically, play with it, and use it to make yourself and others feel better. This workshop is a combination of movement, breathing, meditation, sound, music, and exercises to bring more compassion and gratitude into your relationships. Not as a concept, but as a very real state of consciousness that will help you through whatever life throws at you with ease and grace.
