We know now that everything is made up of energy. But what do we do with that understanding? How can we make it work for us? Join us and explore how to connect with energy, play with it, and use it to make yourself and others feel better. This workshop is a combination of movement, breathing, meditation, sound, music, and exercises to bring more compassion and gratitude into your life. Not as a concept, but as a very real state of consciousness that will help you through whatever life throws at you with more ease and grace. Places are limited and this is a popular workshop, so make sure you register if you're interested.
