Reiki/Intuitive Healing by distance Reiki is energy healing, and Reiki practitioners have learned to send this energy through space anywhere in the world. If you've ever had a distant healing session, you will know the moment when the session starts. Distant healing is exactly the same as in person healing, although the element of touch adds to the sense of safety and relaxation during an in person session. Caroline can also draw cards for you as part of this session, and will pass on any information she has been given. Reiki is gentle yet effective and supports processes of change, grief, and emotional and physical recovery. It is the channelling of high vibrational energies that support rebalancing of the body, mind and spirit. It can balance the chakras and support physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. ​Reiki can be used to help with sleep, unprocessed/suppressed emotions, digestive disorders, injuries, and trauma/anxiety. Depending on how acute the situation is, several treatments are recommended.
