This is a gentle healing therapy that assists the body’s natural capacity for self-repair. Originating in the study of osteopathy, the therapy is led by the client, allowing heir system to set the pace at which adjustments take place. Clients often experience more energy, resilience, calmness and mental clarity. Biodynamic craniosacral therapy is great in dealing with injuries, trauma, allergies and all manner of illness. It is suitable for children and pregnant women. For many people, a minimum of 3 sessions is recommended. It is possible to book a 30 minute free trial session to see if this therapy is what you are looking for.
