When I learned more about Pranayama and conscious breathing and started to practice it every day, I noticed immediate benefits in many areas of my life: - I stopped getting colds and flus every year; - My moods were fluctuating less, and I was better able to let things go; - I felt freer in my body and happier in general; - I learned how to calm down, and how to energise my body.
