Service Description
Level 1 introduces the history and principles of Reiki, how to channel high‑vibrational energy through the hands, and how to give Reiki to yourself and others. You learn to sense energy, support your own emotional balance, and create a foundation of inner steadiness. Many people notice life feeling lighter and more aligned after this level.
